I am excited about the upcoming year and all that I'll be doing in my community, across the country and with Free the Children. The experience in competing and becoming Miss Teen Canada-World has been fabulous and I know this next year will be unbelievable.

Winning the Miss Teen Canada-World title will greatly help me with my platform; helping third world countries and those less fortunate than myself. The benefits to the charities I am working with would be enormous, as I would use the title to raise awareness which would result in recruiting more help and raising substantially more funds.

Cassandra DiFruscio attends St. Francis Catholic Secondary school. This 10th grader is on her student government committee and is very involved in her school. She is active in raising funds for the Pilgrimage and in participating in the environmental club. This quadruple threat is an aspiring singer/actor/dancer/model. Aside from being the lead roles in her high school musicals and professional productions, she is actively auditioning for roles on Broadway and singing the national anthem at various events.
