I am excited about the upcoming year and all that I'll be doing in my community, across the country and with Free the Children. The experience in competing and becoming Miss Teen Canada-World has been fabulous and I know this next year will be unbelievable.

Alexandra Hanasz 's goals...

I want to make a difference in the world by focusing on environmental issues, animal rights issues and anti-smoking issues. As part of my platform I want to promote the performing arts in Canada. Becoming Miss Teen Canada-World will help me tremendously in achieving these goals by giving me greater exposure, so I can advance this agenda.

Alexandra Hanasz 's bio...

Alexandra Hanasz is a vibrant and talented fourteen year old with a passion for creativity and performing.  As an accomplished dancer, Alexandra trained at the Edmonton School of Ballet from the age of four. She has won many dance awards, such as Highest Standing in Dance 8 at Vimy Ridge Academy as well as several silver and gold medals at the Alberta Dance Festival. She has also achieved Highly Commended, Honours and Honours with Distinction in all her universal ballet exams at the Royal Academy of Dance and Cechetti. Alexandra attends Vimy Ridge Academy in Edmonton, Alberta. She had three years of training at the CMAC (Canadian Models and Actors Center) in Edmonton, Alberta and has done 12 photo shoots and 8 runway shows. Her interests are screen play and book writing, making films, acting, dancing (ballet, jazz, lyrical, modern,) environmental and animal affairs, production design, clothing design, and modeling.  Alexandra also has an advanced level in figure skating. She is fluent in English and Polish.
