I am excited about the upcoming year and all that I'll be doing in my community, across the country and with Free the Children. The experience in competing and becoming Miss Teen Canada-World has been fabulous and I know this next year will be unbelievable.

Floriana Costea's goals...
My goal is to bring the world’s attention to the problem of abandoned and suffering children, which remains very grave in today’s society. Miss Teen Canada-World would give me the opportunity to sensitize the world and to give orphans the hope for a brighter future after leaving foster care.
Floriana Costea's bio...
Floriana is a truly talented and passionate actress. She is enrolled in a Musical Theatre program at her school, Yale Secondary, and some of the plays she has performed in include “Moulin Rouge” and “The Sound Of Music.” Miss Costea was born in Romania where she volunteered numerous times to work with orphan children. In 2007, her family moved to Canada, an experience that helped her become the strong person she is today. Floriana is fluent in English, Romanian and French. She is a Link Leader for all Grade 9 students in her school and feels honored to be a role model for those around her that need guidance.
