I am excited about the upcoming year and all that I'll be doing in my community, across the country and with Free the Children. The experience in competing and becoming Miss Teen Canada-World has been fabulous and I know this next year will be unbelievable.

I would like to reach out to people of all ages and share with them of my experiences and opinions on equality. All people have the right to be treated with respect and to be treated equally. Miss Teen Canada-World would give me the opportunity to have a larger voice to help more people across Canada and the world.

This eighteen year old is a highly motivated and determined person. Genevieve is currently graduating from Prince George Secondary School, maintains an 85% average and repeatedly receives Honour Roll status. She excels in Spanish, creative writing and psychology. Genevieve plans to attend college this fall and continue studies in the field of psychology. She would like to incorporate her education in psychology with becoming an RCMP officer.
