I am excited about the upcoming year and all that I'll be doing in my community, across the country and with Free the Children. The experience in competing and becoming Miss Teen Canada-World has been fabulous and I know this next year will be unbelievable.

By competing in Miss Teen Canada-World pageant, I would like to change the world by showing teens that they are beautiful inside and out, without being influenced by the media. I know I can't change this all at once or all on my own, but by winning Miss Teen Canada-World, I will have a chance to get everyone involved.

A proud European, Joanna loves to act, sing and dance. She attends school at The Etobicoke School of the Arts, majoring in Musical Theatre. Joanna takes her music seriously as a singer and musician and is currently recording her first album. When she's not hard at work mastering her dance moves, she volunteers at a retirement home.
