Carol-Ann McManiman's goals...
By doing the experience of Miss Teen Canada World, i will prove to all the teens that we can do everything we want if we are ready to put all our energy into it. And that’s what i’m going to do. No matters to lose or win, the most important is to participate and live our dream. The problem of many teens are that they forget their dreams because they think that they have no chances and no way to succed. The people of Quebec can be sure that im not going to desapoint them because all of Canada will see how im going put all my effort and energy into the pageant.

Carol-ann McManiman is a 16 years old girl from Lanaudière in Quebec. She attends Esther Blondin, a private school in Saint-Jacques. Carol-Ann studies very hard and has the ambition to become a lawyer. She is also in the International program at school, it’s the reason why Carol-ann has been involved in volunteer work. She has helped many humanitarian group like ‘’Opération Enfants Soleil’’ , ‘’Accueil Bono’’ in Montréal.She take those cause really seriously and enjoy helping other people in need. She would also love to travel all around the world. She has played bass clarinet for four years at her school and had also play in the Joliette Symphonic orchestra. She has many passions: photography, fashion, music and especially sports like dance, wakeboarding, snowboarding, skiing and surfing. She always give her 100% in the sports she loves to be better all the time, improving her skills in wakeboarding is what she loves the most.After 9 years of doing wakeboard she still love it like it was the first time she went on this board behind the family boat. When she was younger Carol-Ann loved to take pictures of funny and different things. She did many fashion shows in different places. She also been in a dance crew for 4 years and now she dances just for the fun of it with friends and in partys. During winter, she never stays at home, she goes on the hills to practive both snowboard and skiing.Finaly, Carol-Ann is a teenager of 16 years old not like any other teenager and that is why this year she is participating in the Miss Teen Canada contest. Alot of family and friends believe in her to win the contest, and now she has the opportunity to change her life while doing this contest.
