A Night to Remember, finalists from across the Nation will come together in an incredible evening of Glamour and Accomplishment.
Finally it all comes together. Over Fifty finalists compete for the Title Miss Teen Canada World on July 25th, 2009, 8 p.m. Metro Convention Centre in the John Basset Theatre. All National Pageant Entrants have been elected through a MTC-W INC. provincial pageant and have been awarded a title to rein for one year from their crowning.
Being awarded the title of Miss Teen Canada-World comes with responsibility and opportunity from being interviewed by the media, attending gala events, scholastic achievement to giving back through charitable causes such as Free the Children. This is the time to make the most of it from Regional Competitions through to the national Miss Teen Canada-World Pageant. The National Title Winner no longer represents her region, but instead the country of Canada for one year, or until she crowns her successor.
Contestants will be judged in personal interview, evening gown, swimwear, charity contribution, public speaking, photogenic appeal. There are also optional categories that have no bearing on the title. They include the talent competition and the written essay.
