Raena Shuster's bio...

Raena is 17 years old and recently graduated from North Peace Secondary School, the only high school in her small hometown of Fort St. John. The "Free The Children" campaign inspires Raena, as she learned to appreciate the education she received after travelling to El Salvador to build a school. She believes that children all over the world should have the opportunity to receive a good education. Raena has been passionate about dance since she put on her first pair of baller slippers at the age of 3. She enjoys ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical and contemporary genres but her favorite is acrobatic dance and she is inspired by the contortionists from Cirque du Soleil. Although Raena can appear quiet and reserved at times, she is very comfortable wity public speaking and performing in front of large audiences. Raena's future plans include travel, dance, and attending University where she plans to complete a degree in psychology before becoming a lawyer. Raena has dreamed of being in a pageant for years and she is excited to have this opportunity and hopes to showcase her small-town, northern sass.
