Hannah would like to inspire youth to pursue their dreams and make a positive impact in our world with the knowledge that “you miss 100% of the shots you never take”.

Hannah Block's bio...

Hannah’s love of learning has led her to the Pre-International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. An honour roll student, Hannah balances academics with competitive rock climbing on Cliffhangers Coquitlam team where she is ranked fifth in Canada. An early performer, she began in ballet and has since danced in competitive tap, hip-hop and breakdancing. She is a member of her school’s cheerleading team as one of the “flyers”, and shas played on its basketball, volleyball and track & field teams. Hannah is on her school’s student council and volunteers at New Westminster’s Youth Centre and an after school girl’s group to help present positive role models for youth. She also volunteers at such city-wide events as the Vancouver Sun Run. With the Red Cross, Hannah is an anti-bullying facilitator. She and her team educate youth on the impact of bullying and initiating change. She has taken numerous leadership courses and completed over 100+ hours of leadership and volunteer service for which she has received multiple awards. Hannah hopes to continue her passion in modeling and the performing arts as she recently modeled in the Vancouver EPIC fashion show. A firm believer in taking chances to attain her dreams, she says, “If you don’t try, you will never know.”
