Francesca is a creative, determined, and active individual. She is thrilled to be representing Ontario in the Miss Teen Canada pageant. Poetry inspires her and she enjoys directing and filming short films. During the past two summers, she has enrolled in film school in Los Angeles, filming on the sets of Universal Studios. Francesca is passionate about school and maintains a high average in all her classes. She officially represents Lawrence Park Collegiate on the Super Council for the Toronto District School Board. Francesca plans on attending University to study medicine. She aspires to become a plastic surgeon, working in hospitals performing reconstructive surgery on people who experience traumatic injuries and who are in the aftermath of disease treatments. She is athletic, and has competed as a gymnast in provincial competitions since she was 5 years of age. Francesca is currently working on a public service video that expresses the harmful effects of cigarettes. Once the video is complete Francesca hopes to visit schools across Ontario to share the video with the goal of discouraging young people from smoking. Volunteering and commitment to the community is vital to her. Francesca is a positive teen role model and believes that with willpower and devotion anyone can achieve success.
